dreamroar.com offers a very transparent and simple 10 Days Return & Replacements policy.
Which products are eligible for return or replacement?
If the product you have received is damaged, defective or item not as described. In this case, return request has to be made within 10 days of receiving the ordered product.
There is no exchange, return or replacement policy on International orders.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
1. The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage.
2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the dreamroar.com team.
3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product and Original invoice/ Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, discount coupons, etc
5. If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 10 Day period by meeting the above conditions.
Steps to follow to exchange / refund the product
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that we will arrange for return pick up from the original delivered address only. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own logistics (Courier) partner and ship it to our warehouse.
